Meanwhile, what we cannot ignore is the fact that independence is one of the most essential qualities and virtues to any college students. As a result, there is no doubt that college students who are willing to take part in the international exchange programs will cultivate their independence and the ability of solve problems independently. In a word, college students should be encouraged to take part in the international exchange programs so that they can enrich their life, broaden their horizon, expand the scope of knowledge and finally create a bright and promising future.

Taking into consideration all the factors mentioned above, it is imperative that the university is supposed to tutor the college students to realize the significance of international exchange programs.
